Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich, P.C. is a boutique environmental law firm based in Princeton, NJ. Our firm serves the NJ/NY area. LBS is looking for an associate attorney with 1-3 years experience, environmental/land use experience preferred. Law clerks are strongly preferred. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney to grow and manage their own cases under the guidance of experienced practitioners. LBS provides services for a wide array of clients and engages in both litigation and transactional work. The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. LBS attorneys are permitted to occasionally work remotely although an in-office presence is required at our Princeton, New Jersey location. Find out more about our firm at

Responsibilities

· Provide legal support to clients and assist senior attorneys

· Maintain client relationships

· Engage in all aspects of litigation

· Draft and negotiate contracts and transactional documents

Qualifications

· J.D. Required

· NJ Bar admission or pending bar results

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong legal knowledge

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Adobe
