Position Overview

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to lead one of our busy parts department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in automotive parts management, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll oversee all aspects of the department, from inventory control and staff management to ensuring excellent service for technicians and retail customers.

Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee daily operations of the parts department

  • Manage and train parts staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy

  • Maintain proper inventory levels and ordering procedures

  • Ensure parts are available for service technicians in a timely manner

  • Provide excellent customer service for retail and wholesale customers

  • Monitor department performance and profitability

  • Collaborate with other managers to support overall dealership success

 

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Manager required

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (Tekion DMS)

  • Knowledge of Cadillac, Volvo, or Subaru parts is a plus

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
