Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle discovery, draft pleadings and dispositive motions, and take/defend depositions.
• Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and execution.
• Communicate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar license.
• 3–7 years of experience in business and commercial litigation .
• Proven experience in handling complex legal matters involving breach of contract, fraud, fiduciary duty, and shareholder disputes.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Salary: $165,000 to $195,000 (DOE)
• Unlimited PTO - (5 to 7 weeks taken on average)

• 1800 billable bonus ($27,000) - NO CAP on Bonus
