As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute our digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and continuously improve our processes and strategies. Manage and maintain our company's online presence, including website, social media, and online listings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and industry organizations. Manage a digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Proficient in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and think outside the box. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
