Director of Spiritual Integration & Discipleship Join to apply for the Director of Spiritual Integration & Discipleship role at Hope Walks Role Overview The Director of Spiritual Integration and Discipleship will lead the spiritual direction, leadership, and discipleship efforts for Hope Walks programs and staff. This role is vital in developing and nurturing our global team and coordinating our spiritual ministry and partnerships both domestically and internationally to share the hope in Christ through our programs. Responsibilities Provide senior leadership for Hope Walks’ holistic spiritual ministry, integrating sustainable spiritual care practices into program operations. Develop and implement initiatives, strategies, and materials for spiritual counseling and family support. Oversee the vision and support of the Parent Advisor role to share the love and good news of Jesus with families. Collaborate with Counseling Program Coordinators to enhance evangelism, parent counseling, and church partnership strategies. Build partnerships with evangelical missions and church-planting organizations for evangelism, discipleship, Bible translation, and church planting. Create and implement processes to monitor and evaluate spiritual ministry outcomes. Develop resources to support the spiritual growth of Hope Walks’ staff. Support research related to the impact of spiritual ministry. Additional Notes This position description is not exhaustive; duties may change as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, theology, missiology, evangelism, or pastoral studies. Fluency in English and preferably in another relevant language. Personal faith in Christ and commitment to Hope Walks’ mission. At least five years of experience in Christian ministry. Strong communication skills. International or cross-cultural experience preferred. Leadership and supervisory experience required.
