As an Event Assistant, you'll be on the front lines of community engagement —helping to organize and deliver memorable experiences that connect people with important causes and respected brands. From setup to execution, you’ll help ensure every event runs smoothly while building your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Assist with event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown
Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at community and promotional events
Engage attendees in meaningful conversations and build local relationships
Distribute branded materials and share key messages clearly and confidently
Collect attendee feedback and help evaluate event success
Support the team with general logistics and coordination
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred—but not required
Previous internships or volunteer experience in events , PR , or marketing are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking
Adaptable and reliable team player with a positive attitude
Passion for community impact and social causes
Friendly, high-energy, and approachable demeanor
