In Digital Banking, the role will safeguard customers and digital platforms from financial crimes. The investigator will conduct investigations into suspicious activity, analyze fraud trends, and collaborate across departments to enhance fraud prevention strategies. Top Skills 1-3 years of experience in fraud investigations, financial crimes, or digital banking risk Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Description Conduct investigations into suspicious or high-risk digital banking activity Monitor fraud alerts and analyze transactional data for anomalies Engage with customers to validate activity and resolve fraud-related concerns Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Risk, Compliance, IT) to escalate and resolve cases Develop and refine fraud detection rules and prevention strategies Document findings and prepare reports for internal and regulatory use Stay current on fraud trends, tools, and regulatory requirements Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development Skills & Qualifications Fraud, Investigation and analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications Critical Thinking: Evaluate complex scenarios and make sound judgments Attention to Detail: Spot inconsistencies in documents, logs, and behavior Pattern Recognition: Identify recurring fraud tactics across cases Risk Assessment: Prioritize threats and allocate resources effectively Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $33.65/hr.
