The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role offers an opportunity to manage a flexible private practice with support from Headway, which helps streamline processes like insurance billing and patient referrals. Clinicians can conduct psychotherapy sessions and provide oversight for medication management, all while enjoying the benefits of a tailored work schedule. This position requires a valid license and malpractice insurance, empowering counselors to provide accessible mental health care remotely or in-person.

Wage: Between $89-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LPC
• LPCC
• LCPC
• LCPCS
• LPCC-S
