• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery
• Represent the company at port calls, customer meetings, and relevant industry functions
• Monitor client feedback, market trends, and competitor activity
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in shipping agency, port operations, marine coordination, or related maritime services
• Familiarity with vessel documentation, port call coordination, and marine regulatory processes
• Strong existing network in the Houston, Corpus Christi, or Gulf Coast maritime community

• Performance-based commission structure
• Vehicle allowance • Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid time off and holidays
Career Growth: This position offers a clear advancement path into roles such as Regional Sales Manager or Strategic Accounts Lead, with increased responsibility for key clients and geographic expansion initiatives.
Why Join Us:
• Transition from coordination or agency roles into a strategic commercial position
• Work with a nimble, growing company that values practical experience and trusted relationships
