Location: Hybrid Remote – Dallas, TX 75201
Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | Commission-Based
Pay Range: $49,228 – $220,393 per year

Who We’re Looking For:
• Active Texas Real Estate License (or currently in licensing process)
• Passionate, committed agents who want to build a long-term business
• Strong communicators who are people-oriented and competitive
• Coachable, consistent, and committed to personal growth
• Sales or real estate experience preferred — but not required
• Bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Understanding of real estate contracts and negotiation is a plus
License Requirement:
• Valid Texas Real Estate License or currently enrolled in pre-licensing (Required)
