Piedmont Medical Center is seeking newly graduated Registered Nurses to join our Critical Care team, including Surgical Trauma and Intensive Care Units. This role is designed for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients with complex medical and surgical needs. New graduates will be supported through a structured residency program that includes clinical mentorship, classroom instruction, and hands-on training.

\n\nResponsibilities:
\n\nProvide safe, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients
\n\n\nMonitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and lab results
\n\n\nAdminister medications and manage intravenous therapies
\n\n\nAssist with procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and wound care
\n\n\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
\n\n\nRespond to emergency situations, including code blue and rapid response
\n\n\nDocument patient care accurately and in a timely manner
\n\n\nParticipate in ongoing education and training through the residency program
\n\nQualifications:
\n\nAssociate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) from an accredited program
\n\n\nActive RN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
\n\n\nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required
\n\n\nAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred or required within six months of hire
\n\n\nNo prior RN experience required
