About the Role:
Role: UX Designer
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience
Develop the overarching UX vision for the modernized application
Create experience principles that guide design decisions
Align UX goals with business objectives and technical constraints
Establish UX success metrics and measurement approaches
Advocate for user needs throughout the modernization process
Design navigation patterns and information hierarchies
Define consistent content organization across the application
Create standardized patterns for data visualization
Structure complex workflows and multi-step processes
Location : Dallas TX (Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
