Greg Willis
President
For over twenty years, Greg has been a cornerstone of the Springfield theater scene, assuming diverse roles as an acting instructor, director, and performer, leaving a substantial imprint. He’s not only shaped the local arts landscape through his creative endeavors, but also as a pivotal board member for nonprofit performing arts organizations, where he contributes strategically. Notably, Greg is a co-founder of Showtime Performing Arts, a testament to his unwavering belief in the arts’ transformative potential, showcasing his enduring commitment and visionary outlook in fostering creative expression within the community.
Kolton Rice
Vice President
Kolton Rice, Vice President at Showtime Performing Arts, embarked on his artistic journey in 5th grade with a debut in “The Music Man,” sparking a lasting passion for the arts. During most productions, he fulfills the role as technical director, managing stage aesthetics and sound, and occasionally takes on the role of director, providing crucial creative leadership. In addition to his contributions to Showtime, Kolton is the Founder and Creative Director of OpenEye Studios, an esteemed Ohio-based video production agency.
Tonya Reynolds
Treasurer
Tonya is a registered nurse at Dayton Children’s Hospital. She has also been an educator, director and performer in the Miami Valley area for almost three decades. She has served on the board of directors for several nonprofit performing arts companies and is one of the co-founders of Showtime Performing Arts.
She received a Bachelor Degree in Music Education from Bowling Green State University, a Master Degree in Vocal Performance from Wright State University, and a nursing degree from Columbus State.
Kelsey Belford
Secretary
Kelsey Belford is a recent addition to the theater community. Although she isn’t on the stage she is often helping out behind the curtain. From painting set pieces to helping out as stage crew. Her evident passion for the arts drives her keen attention to detail and her willingness to embrace diverse production roles.
Kelsey got her start in the 2022 production of Matilda and has had a growing interest ever since
Jenni Jeske
Board Member
Jenni began dancing at a young age and later fell in love with theatre. She began
teaching at theatre camps at 15, and has been teaching off-and-on ever since. In
college, she majored in English and Theatre, with a minor in German and also
studied voice extensively. She has worn may hats from writing and directing to
stage managing, music directing, and choreographing; she’s done it all and is a
true theatre geek. She also loves costuming, especially historical and fantasy, and
has costumed countless shows, ballets, and operas. Her favorite theatre
experience was working as a dresser for touring companies. Jenni is a full-time
Mom, and part-time data analyst. She believes that theatre should be accessible
to all and is passionate about diversity in the arts.
Jill Parker
Board Member
Jill Parker has been involved in music and theatre arts at Northeastern High School since 2011. She has served in numerous roles including hair and makeup artist, costume mistress, and set design and construction. Since 2015 she has been the theatrical director of Northeastern’s annual musical productions.Â
Jill has a B.A. in Creative Writing and English, and has served two terms on the NELSD Board of Education. Though she will be retiring from her service on the school board, it is her hope to continue working with the talented students of our local communities in the years to come.Â
Kaitlin Musick
Board Member
Kaitlin is a choreographer and board member for Showtime Performing Arts. She began dancing and acting from a very young age, and knew she wanted to make it a career ever since. Kaitlin graduated from Wittenberg University with a BA in dance. She loves teaching and performing, especially in musicals! Her favorite style to dance is musical theatre/fosse jazz! Kaitlin’s top priorities are making everyone feel included, loved and special!
Abbie Hawke
Board Member
Abbie has been a part of the theatre community for 8 years, and is working on getting her Associates in Theatre Performance. She is also a dance teacher at Behind the Curtain Dance Studio. She is a part of the dance and acting side of Showtime performing arts.
Zoie Ramirez
Board Member
Zoie’s love for the arts began with a local production of The Music Man in elementary school. Since then, the arts have become an educational vehicle for fostering compassion and self-expression. As a high school ELA teacher, Zoie values instilling these reflective practices in her students through English Education & theater. She hopes to encourage more young people to see the value of the arts as a tool for exploring their identity & creativity. Zoie’s favorite production she has been a part of is The Drowsy Chaperone!

Raymond Jeske
Board Member
Raymond is a database engineer who has been involved with theater since a friend dragged him to a musical audition in high school. Over the years he has been on stage, worked tech crew, built sets, and run sound and lights. He is excited about being a part of a community theater where all ages can share theater experiences.
Jake Lundgren
Board Member
Initially entering the theater through his interests as a magician, Jake was recognized as a Star of Tomorrow at the Society of American Magicians National Convention, and produced Magic with a Message, a charity magic show which raised over $10,000 for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Central Ohio. Besides performing Jake has entered the technical side of theater and has worked as a local stagehand on over 100 touring productions. New to Clark County, Jake is so excited to work with Showtime to bring new and exciting projects to our community.
Jake’s favorite show he has been a part of was Northeastern High School’s production of SpongeBob the Musical.
